康惠尔水胶体敷贴治疗外周中心静脉导管置入所致机械穿刺性静脉炎的疗效观察

目的观察康惠尔水胶体敷贴外敷配合湿热敷治疗外周中心静脉导管（PICC）置入所致机械穿刺性静脉炎的效果。方法：将28例行PICC的肿瘤患者分为实验组16例和对照组12例，实验组采用康惠尔水胶体外敷配合湿热敷，对照组采用湿热敷，持续7 d，观察2组机械性静脉炎愈合比例。结果：实验组有效率为83％，对照组为26％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：康惠尔水胶体敷贴能有效治疗PICC置入所致机械穿刺性静脉炎。

Objective ToTo observe the comfeel hydrocolloid moist heat on the sticking connection with central venous catheter （PICC） intreatment of peripheral machinery of phlebitis caused by the effect. Methods：The 28 PICC routine 12 cases tumors, 16 cases were divided intoexperimental group and the control group, experimental group using colloidal gels with comfeel water wet hot compress, control group adoptswet hot compress, the last 7 days, observe two groups of mechanical phlebitis healing rate. Results： The effective rate was 83%, control groupeffective rate was 26%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comfeel colloid sticking water can effectively treat phlebitis caused byPICC placement machine piercing sex.
