鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果观察

目的分析鼻内窥镜微创手术在鼻窦炎治疗中的临床价值。方法：选取我院鼻窦炎患者50例，随机分为2组（观察组和对照组），每组各有25例患者，对照组采用微波热凝治疗，观察组采用鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗，比较2组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果：观察组鼻窦炎患者治疗后的总有效率显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：鼻内窥镜微创手术在鼻窦炎治疗中具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analysis the nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of sinusitis clinical value. Methods： 50cases selected from sinusitis patients, randomly divided into two groups （observation group） and control group, each group, 25 patients in thecontrol group by microwave heat coagulation treatment, observation group was treated by nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery,compared two groups of patients after treatment the total effective rate. Results： The observation group, the total effective rate of sinusitispatients after treatment was superior to that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatmentof sinusitis treatment has good effect.
