应用宫腔水囊压迫治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

目的探讨前置胎盘患者剖宫产产后出血治疗中应用宫腔水囊压迫的疗效。方法：选择70例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者，分为2组，对照组患者术中采用宫腔填塞纱条进行止血，实验组患者应用宫腔水囊压迫止血。比较2组治疗效果。结果：实验组止血时间、出血量以及输血量均明显少于对照组，2组子宫切除、切口感染、产后病情况无明显差异。结论：宫腔水囊压迫治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果明显，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the patients with placenta previa cesarean section caused by intrauterine water sac in postpartum hemorrhagetreatment the curative effect of oppression. Methods： Choose 70 cases of placenta previa cesarean delivery postpartum hemorrhage patients weredivided into two groups, control group patients with intraoperative uterine cavity filling yarn used to stop bleeding, the experimental grouppatients caused by intrauterine water sac oppression hemostasis. Results： The bleeding time and blood loss and transfusion volume weresignificantly less than the control group, two groups of hysterectomy cases, infection of incision, postpartum disease has no obvious difference.Conclusion： Postpartum hemorrhage caused by intrauterine water sac compression treatment of placenta previa cesarean delivery of obviouseffect, high safety, is worthy of popularization and application.
