培垛普利吲达帕胺复方制剂在降低高血压左室肥厚方面的疗效

目的探讨培垛普利吲达帕胺联用治疗高血压左室肥厚的临床疗效。方法：将124例高血压左心室肥厚患者分成观察组和对照组各62例，对照组给予单～培哚普利片口服治疗：观察组给予培哚普利4 mg＋吲哒帕胺1．25 mg联用治疗，观察两组治疗前后血压及超声心动图情况，并进行疗效评定，记录不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为88．6％，明显高于对照组的78．996（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、LVPWT、IVST、LVDd及LVMI均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：培垛普利吲达帕胺联用治疗高血压左室肥厚安全有效，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Perindopril and Indapamide on the treatment of LVH. Methods：124 cases of LVHare divided into the observation group and the control group （each with 62 cases）. The control group is treated solely with oral medication ofIndapamide, while the observation group is treated with Perindopril 2 mg＋ Indapamide 0.625 mg. The blood pressure and UCG of both groupsare observed before and after treatment, efficacies and adverse effects are assessed. Results：The ORR of the observation group was 88.6%,significantly higher than 78.9% of the control group （P〈0,05）. After treatment, The SBP, DBP, LVPWT, IVST, LVDd and LVMI of theobservation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：With high safety and efficacy, Perindopril andIndapamide are worth clinical application in the treatment of LVH.
