This paper introduces a method of using a new type of bridge assembly tooling for long travel bridge, expounds the new bridge assembly tooling design principle and the structure and function of the parts, and through the finite element analysis method to verify overall strength and stiffness of the new assembly tooling. The new type bridge assembly tooling can not only improve the efficiency of long travel bridge assembly, but also guarantee a good assembly quality.
