大型槽拱顶盖的计算与分析

摘要 参照传统的经验公式,对40 m直径大型拱顶盖八种规格进行计算对比,剔除不可行的方案,得到经济性和安全性都较好的一种规格"40-4-200(10)-200(8)",蒙皮的最佳厚度为4 mm。然后再借助有限元分析对八种规格的槽盖从应力和位移的角度加以核算,结果显示八种规格都满足要求。因此,对于超出标准的大型拱顶盖,在无相关参照的情况下,只能参照已有标准,辅以有限元分析校核,这为后续同类问题提供一种设计思路。 According to the traditional experience formula, the paper calculates and compares the eight sizes of arch roofs of a 40m diameter large vessel, and obtains a more economical and more safety size, uses the finite element analysis to calculate the stress and displacement of the eight arch roofs, and the reults shows that the eight specifications can meet the requirements. Therefore, for large vessel arch roof beyond the standard, in the case of no relevant reference, the solution can only be referenced to the existing standard, supplemented by the finite element analysis, which provides a design idea for the follow-up of similar problems.
