The Variable Frequency Driving Control System Based on Speed Sensorless Control for Mining Locomotives

摘要 针对传统矿用电机车驱动系统存在故障率高、消耗能量大、效率低等缺点以及机械编码器的使用会降低控制系统的可靠性和耐用性,提出了一种无速度传感器控制方法高频脉动电压信号注入法,并设计了一种基于无速度传感器控制的矿用电机车变频驱动系统。文章从控制原理、控制策略、系统拓扑结构以及软硬件设计等方面,给出了较详细的论述。通过系统理论分析、仿真建模与仿真结果分析,制作了矿用电机车变频驱动装置样机。样机经过在实验室数据测试、分析和现场试运行结果表明,所提出的控制方案具有较高的可行性和有效性,而且装置的维护工作量明显减小、可靠性满足煤矿恶劣环境的要求。 Traditional mining locomotive driving system has disadvantages such as high failure rates, high energy consumption, and low efficiency; also, the use of mechanical encoders reduces the ruggedness and reliability of the control system. A novel sensorless control method of high frequency fluctuating voltage signal injection has been proposed. The paper designs a speed sensorless driving control system for mining locomotives. The control principle, control strategy, frequency converter structure and the system design have been described. Simulation research has been done on basis of theoretical analysis. Moreover, experimental tests and field trials have been carried out based on a prototype. The results indicate that the prototype has high feasibility and validity, good dynamic, static performance and maintenability.
