摘要 针对3D打印设备、3D相关设备和运行数据的统一建模问题,提出并建立3D网络系统合成模型,包含数据合成类型定义模型、单纯数据类型定义模型、组合数据类型定义模型、数据合成约束系统,实现3D打印设备与3D相关设备间的互操作、信息共享、协同工作;建立3DCNS和3DNSC的配套通讯体系,构建网络与设备的综合信息模型和对应通讯机制,实现网络与设备的自我表述。通过集成禁用品保护、在线防闭锁、区域网络禁令选跳、3D打印通信网络平台、基于PCSD的逻辑处理器、网络节点能量监控管理系统等具体应用,论证并说明了3DNSC模型的信息量化能力、统一通讯能力、互操作能力,为扩展构建数字化3D设备智能化平台及3D打印智能网络奠定了基础。 In the light of the integrated modeling problem concerning 3D printing facilities, other relevant 3D facilities and functioning data, the paper proposes and establishes the 3D network system synthetic model, including defining models in data integration, simple data, combined data and data integration constrained system so that it realizes interoperability, information sharing and co-operation between 3D printing facilities and other relevant 3D facilities. Also, it tends to establish a complete set of 3DCNS and 3DNSC communication system and construct an integrated information model between network and facilities, and correspondent communication mechanism to realize the self-evaluation between network and facilities. In addition, through the platform of aggregate prohibition protection, online defense block, regional network prohibition jigging, 3D printing communication, and based on the application of PCSD logic processor, the network node energy management system, it demonstrates the information quantity capacity, unified communication and co-operation capacity of 3DNSC and lays foundations for expanding the construction of digital 3D facility intelligent platform and 3D printing intelligent network.
