社区服刑人员悔罪程度及影响因素实证研究——基于上海的问卷调查

The Research of Repentance Degrees and Influencing Factors of Community Inmates

基于对上海市6个区县的问卷调查数据,统计分析社区服刑人员悔罪情况,发现总体上社区服刑人员悔罪意识较强。进一步利用多元线性回归分析方法对影响社区服刑人员悔罪程度的相关因素进行了检验。结果显示,是否就业、是否能够满足基本生活需求、与有过犯罪经历的朋友交往的人数、对社区矫正警察与社区矫正社会工作者工作的满意度这五个自变量对悔罪程度具有显著影响。在此基础上,提出增强社区服刑人员悔罪意识的对策建议。

We analysis the state of inmates with repentance in community that based on survey data of six districts in Shanghai, and found that they show strong sense of repentance. Further use of the multiple linear regression analysis of the relevant factors which affect their penitent level. The resuhs showed that five variables have a significant impact on the degree of repentance inclu- ding employment, the satisfy of basic needs for survive, friends with crime experience, the satisfaction of the police and the social worker of eommnnity correction . On this basis, we propose the suggestions to enhance penitent of community inmates.
