目的论视阈下贵州少数民族菜谱英译 被引量:2

On the Translation of Guizhou Ethnic Dishes from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

摘要 随着中国经济的腾飞和西部大开发政策的实施,近年来,贵州旅游业的发展极为迅速。贵州独特的少数民族饮食文化正吸引着越来越多的外国游客。翻译少数民族菜谱不仅能激起外国游客的食欲,而且在贵州民族文化外宣战略中具有十分重要的意义。立足于宣扬贵州少数民族饮食文化,从翻译理论的角度探讨贵州少数民族菜谱的英译问题。 In recent years, Guizhou tourism industry has much developed under rapid Chinese economy and West Development. Guizhou unique ethnic catering culture has been attracting more and more foreign visitors. The translation of ethnic Dishes plays an important role in promoting foreigners' appetite and propagating Guizhou ethnic culture, based on which, the paper probes the strategies for the translation of Guizhou ethnic Dishes from Skopos Theory.
