摘要
阐释了翻译是疆内民心相通的纽带和境外语言沟通的路桥之理论依据,以"民汉双语翻译人才培养计划"为实证研究,分析了民汉翻译人才培养存在的问题,提出外语翻译人才培养储备路径,以期更好地服务于国家和自治区"丝绸之路经济带"建设。
This paper illustrates theoretical basis that translation is bond of people-to-people bonds in Xinjiang and road bridge of foreign language communication, a case study of ＂Minority Languages and Chinese Bilingual Translators Training Program＂, and analyses the problems of minority languages and Chinese translation talent training, put forwards foreign language translation talents reserve paths, in order to better serve the country and autonomous region ＂Silk-Road Economic Belt＂ construction.
