基于智库理念的社科院图书馆决策信息服务研究——以天津社会科学院图书馆为例

Research on Decision Information Service of Academic of Social Sciences Library Based on Think Tank Concept——Taking the Tianjin Academic of Social Sciences Library as an Example

决策信息服务是社科院图书馆重要的服务内容之一。在新型智库建设背景下,社科院图书馆应更好地提供决策信息服务。本文对社科院图书馆智库服务理论和实践进行了简要介绍,对天津社会科学院图书馆近年来开展的决策信息服务案例进行了详细描述;提出了加强应用型研究支持、形成自主决策信息产品、鼓励馆员参与研究和加强各社科院图书馆沟通交流等方面决策信息服务几点建议。

Decision information service plays an important role in library service. With the development of think tank construction, decision information service has gained more and more attention. This paper makes an simple introduce of academic of social sciences library＇s think tank service in both theoretical and practical aspects firstly, then an detailed description of Tianjin Academic of Social Sciences Library＇s decision information service have been given. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions including strengthening support on applicable study, developing independent decision information product, encouraging librarian to take part in applicable study and reinforcing the communication between libraries and so on.
