摘要
在24万t/a乙烯装置碳二(C_2)加氢侧线上进行了两段加氢反应的工艺条件优化模拟试验,考察了反应器入口温度、氢炔比(摩尔比,下同)等工艺条件对乙炔转化率、乙烯选择性、绿油生成量及催化剂长周期运行的影响。结果表明,在一段反应器入口温度为45℃,氢炔比为1.2,二段反应器入口温度为55℃,氢炔比为2.0的适宜条件下,催化剂运行1 000 h后,乙炔转化率可达到100%,乙烯总选择性可达到60%以上。
The optimization and simulation test of two-stage hydrogenation reaction process conditions were conducted in C2 hydrogen side line of a 240 kt /a ethylene unit,and the influences of process conditions such as inlet temperature,molar ratio of hydrogen to acetylene on acetylene conversion rate,ethylene selectivity,green oil production and long period operation of catalyst were investigated. The results showed that under optimum conditions of inlet temperature,molar ratio of hydrogen to acetylene of the first stage reactor were 45 ℃,1. 2 separately,those of the second stage reactor were 55 ℃,2. 0,respectively,the catalyst had been operating for 1 000 h,the acetylene conversion rate could reach 100%,and the total selectivity of ethylene could reach more than 60%.
