摘要 介绍了中国石化洛阳分公司140万t/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大吹汽流程节能改造的情况。改造采取凝结水和蒸汽混合进入焦炭塔的以水代汽工艺,新增凝结水专用雾化器,采用先进可编程逻辑控制(PLC)系统,在蒸汽进入焦炭塔管线处增加凝结水管线。改造后的运行结果表明:装置操作稳定;与改造前相比,平均单次大吹汽过程蒸汽节约量为16.13 t,装置能耗降低了1.99 kg/t(以标准油计);产品焦炭中挥发分的质量分数小于16%,焦炭塔塔壁降温速率低于40℃/h。 The energy saving revampments of coke tower big steam out process were introduced in the1. 4 Mt / a delayed coking unit of Luoyang branch,SINOPEC. Reformation measures were taken as follows,adopting the technology of water instead of steam by the mixture of condensate and steam into the coke tower,adding condensate special atomizer,using advanced programming logic control( PLC)system and adding the condensate pipeline at the location of the steam into the coke tower pipeline. The revamped running results showed that the device operation was stable. Compared with before revampment,the steam savings of average single big steam out process were 16. 13 t,and the unit energy consumption reduced by 1. 99 kg / t( calculated as standard oil),the mass fraction of volatiles in coke products was less than 16%,the falling temperature rate of the coke tower wall was below 40 ℃ / h.
