粉末活性炭-活性污泥法工艺处理电脱盐污水影响因素分析

Influential factors analysis of electric desalting water treated by powdered activated carbon-activated sludge process

摘要 采用粉末活性炭(PAC)-活性污泥法工艺处理电脱盐污水,考察了PAC种类及投加量对处理效果的影响。结果表明:200目,碘值为900 mg/g的PAC对混合液化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果最好;随着PAC投加量的增大,混合液COD的去除率呈先上升后略有下降的趋势,污泥指数(SVI)则持续降低,说明该工艺具有明显的抗污泥膨胀性能;混合液中PAC与悬浮固体质量比以2∶1为宜,此时COD去除率为92%,比传统活性污泥法提高15个百分点。 The powdered activated carbon( PAC)-activated sludge process was used to treat the electric desalting water and the influences of PAC type and dosage on the treatment effect were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand( COD) with the PAC of an iodine value of 900 mg / g and 200 mesh was the best. With the increasing of PAC dosage,the COD removal rate showed a trend of rising first and then falling slightly,and the sludge volume index( SVI)decreased steadily,indicating that the process had significant anti-sludge bulking properties. The appropriate mass ratio of suspended PAC to solids in mixture was 2 ∶ 1,then the COD removal rate was92%,which was 15 percentage points higher than that of conventional activated sludge process.
