用新型微电解填料处理丁腈橡胶废水 被引量:1

Treatment of nitrile rubber wastewater using new type micro-electrolysis padding

摘要 采用废铁屑、活性炭及催化剂经高温微孔技术制成的新型微电解填料处理丁腈橡胶(NBR)废水,考察了曝气反应的停留时间、进水pH值及处理水量对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,并与以铁屑和活性炭作为普通微电解填料的处理效果进行了对比。结果表明,3种新型填料处理效果接近,但LAT-TC 03相对价廉,所以选择其作为处理NBR废水的填料。用100 g LAT-TC 03填料处理200 mL NBR废水,曝气反应的停留时间为45~90 min,COD去除率达27.68%~37.65%。与普通微电解填料相比,新型微电解填料处理NBR废水后pH值偏高。当进水pH值为4.00~7.00时,对应的COD去除率较高,尤其当进水pH值为7.00时,COD去除率为31.40%,比普通微电解填料提高了7.72%。 Nitrile rubber( NBR) wastewater was treated using new type micro-electrolysis padding which was prepared by high temperature micro pore technology with scrap iron,activated carbon and catalyst. The effects of hydraulic retention time,influent p H value and amount of wastewater on removal rate of chemical oxygen demand( COD) were investigated, and the treatment results were compared with traditional micro-electrolysis padding compose of scrap iron and activated carbon. The results showed that the treatment effects of the three new type paddings were almost the same,and LAT-TC 03 was chosen as NBR wastewater padding because of its low price. Wastewater 200 m L were treated by100 g LAT- TC 03,and the hydraulic retention time was 45- 90 min,under these conditions,the removal rate of COD was 27. 68%- 37. 65%. Compared with traditional micro-electrolysis padding,the p H value of NBR effluent water treated by the new type micro-electrolysis padding was higher. The removal rate of COD was higher when the influent p H value was 4. 00- 7. 00. When the influent p H value was 7. 00 especially,the removal rate of COD up to 31. 40%,increased by 7. 72% compared with traditional micro-electrolysis padding.
