摘要
研究了硅油的种类及用量对硅橡胶阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随着苯基硅油用量的增大,硅橡胶的阻尼因子(tanδ)峰值逐渐降低,且峰值对应的温度向低温方向移动;添加量低于15份时,胶料的tanδ峰值大于未添加硅油的胶料。在-75~150℃,二甲基硅油不能提高硅橡胶的tanδ,随其用量的提高,硅橡胶的tanδ逐渐降低。添加不同用量羟基硅油的硅橡胶在-75^-35℃,tanδ相差不大,而在-35~150℃,随羟基硅油用量的提高,胶料的tanδ逐渐降低。在相同硅油用量(5份)下,硅橡胶阻尼性能由低到高的顺序为二甲基硅油胶料、羟基硅油胶料、苯基硅油胶料。
The effect of type and amount of silicone oil on damping property of silicone rubber were studied. The results showed that the peak of loss factor( tan δ) and the temperatures of tan δ peak value of the silicone rubber moved toward a lower temperature direction with increasing amount of phenyl silicone oil. The tan δ peak value of the silicone rubber was larger than that not added silicone oil when phenyl silicone oil added less than 15 phr.Dimethicone could not improve the tan δ of silicone rubber in the range of- 75- 150 ℃,and the tan δof the silicone rubber decreased with increasing amount of dimethicone. The tan δ of silicone rubber with different amounts of hydroxyl silicone oil had smaller differences in the range of- 75- 35 ℃,while in the range of- 35- 150 ℃,the tan δ decreased gradually with increasing amounts of hydroxyl silicone oil. Under the same amount of silicone oil( 5 phr),the order of the damping property of silicone rubber from low to high was added dimethicone compound,hydroxyl silicone oil compound,phenyl silicone oil compound.
