‘盘古香’梨春季嫁接育苗技术研究

Study on grafting technology of Pyrus spp. Panguxiang pear in spring

为快速繁育‘盘古香’梨新品种,研究了以棠梨为砧木,以‘盘古香’梨为接穗,采用劈接、劈接套袋、劈接埋土、嵌芽接抹砧木下芽、嵌芽接抹砧木上芽、嵌芽接全抹砧木芽、嵌芽接先抹砧木下芽保留上芽成活后再抹砧木上芽7种嫁接方法及嫁接时期对‘盘古香’梨嫁接苗成活率和生长量的影响。结果表明,3月上中旬进行劈接套袋和劈接是最佳嫁接时期和方法,嫁接成活率高,生长量大,长势旺盛。

In order to breed new varieties for Pyrus spp. Panguxiang pear rapidly, effects of different grafting methods and periods on survival rates and new shoots growth of grafted seedlings were studied using Tangli as stocks. The seven grafting methods included wedge grafting, wedge grafting with bag- ging, wedge grafting and buried in the ground, chip budding with removing from the rootstock lower bud, chip budding with removing from the rootstock upper bud, chip budding with removing from all the rootstock buds, and removing from the rootstock upper bud after surviving by chip budding method with removing from the rootstock lower bud first. The results showed that wedge grafting and wedge grafting with bagging were appropriate grafting methods and early March was the best period, in which the survival rates and growth were the best.
