摘要
以河南省山区烟叶家庭农场为例,对其种植规模进行分析评价并尝试测定其适度规模。首先对106户河南山区烟叶家庭农场的生产成本收益数据进行了描述分析,运用DEA方法对样本数据进行效率结构和非参数前沿分析,结果表明,(1)当前河南省山区烟叶家庭农场综合技术效率和纯技术效率处于较低水平;(2)河南省山区烟叶家庭农场烤烟适度种植规模为1.87~4.6 hm^2。基于以上研究结果,提出提高烟农综合管理水平、引导烟农正确看待适度种植规模和积极扶持适度规模烟农等建议。
Agriculture is in the critical turning-period that from extensive to intensive mode and from resource-dependent to factor-intensive mode. Optimal scale is the direction of modem agriculture, which is also a reflect of the balance between labor, capital, land and other inputs in the progress of agricul- tural production. The paper first described and analyzed the production cost-benefit of the 106 tobacco family farms in mountainous areas of Henan, then analyzed the structure of efficiency and non-parametric frontier of the sample by DEA, and the results showed that : ( 1 ) The overall technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of tobacco family farms are at a low level; (2) 1.87 - 4.6 hm^2 is the optimal scale of flueeured tobacco in mountainous areas of Henan, during which all the inputs reached a better balance. Last, according to the results and the present situation of the tobacco-planting family farms, we put forward the following proposals:improving the comprehensive management level of the farmers, guiding farmers to look at optimal scale correctly and support the optimal-scale farmers,etc.
