贵州广播电视台高清频道上星系统是基于AVS+编码技术的基础上,利用EMR平台的复用、切换和自定义输入输出等功能,实现卫视高清频道节目的冗余备份、多层切换和信号监测。该系统创新之一是编码平台的多级备份和双层切换保护,这在传输上是一个重大的突破,让传输系统更安全;创新之二是编码平台的自定义输入输出功能,让传输系统的功能更加多样化,性能更加强大。该系统不但能满足传统的基带传输,还能满足当代的多媒体IP业务需求,提高了贵州台节目上星的安全性和稳定性,确保了安全传输。
