摘要
通过阴离子聚合合成功能型苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)共聚物,并采用1H-NMR、FTIR、GPC、DSC表征其化学结构。以功能型SIS共聚物为骨架材料制备了功能型SIS热熔压敏胶,测试其粘附性能及体外药物释放性能。结果表明,引入功能性聚环氧乙烷(PEG)嵌段增加了SIS共聚物的极性,在PEG质量分数为5%时,功能型SIS热熔压敏胶具有良好的粘附性能和亲水性药物释放能力。
The functionalized SIS copolymers with poly (ethylene oxide) block were synthesized by a anionic polymerization approach. Their structures were characterized by ^1H-NMR., FT-IR., GPC and DSC. They were used as the skeleton polymer to develop the functionalized SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives (HMPSAs). Their adhesive performance and in vitro drug releasing behavior were measured. The results displayed that the introduction of functional poly (ethylene oxide) block can enhance the polarity of SIS copolymers and the functionalized SIS HMPSAs show good adhesive performance and in vitro releasing behavior ofhydrophilic drugs.
