摘要
研究了刨花板密度、表层施胶量、热压温度、热压时间和防水剂用量等参数对大豆胶杨木刨花板各项性能的影响。结果表明,大豆胶杨木刨花板的力学强度随密度的增加而增大;随表层施胶量的增大,力学强度呈增大趋势;随热压温度的升高和热压时间的延长,刨花板的性能也得到加强。综合各项因素认为,表层施胶量应不小于12%,相对最佳的热压温度和时间分别为200℃和3.5 min,防水剂的加入显著降低了2 h吸水厚度的膨胀率,加入量以0.4%为相对最佳。
The effects of the density, adhesive consumption, hot press temperature, hot press time and water- proofing agent amount on the performance of the poplar particleboard bonded with the soy-based adhesive were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical strength of the poplar particleboard bonded with the soy-based adhesive was increased with increasing its density. The mechanical strength was also increased with increasing the adhesive consumption and extensing the hot press temperature and hot press time .The optimum hot press temperature and hot press time were 210℃ and 3.5 min, respectively. The 2 h thickness swelling can not meet the requirements of users without adding water-proofing agent.
