摘要
货车侧架是铁路货运转向架的一个关键部分,侧架的可靠性不仅直接关系到转向架合格与否,甚至攸关车辆运行安全。以转向架侧架组成为研究对象,依据AAR标准中铸钢转向架侧架确定的40t轴重转向架B+级钢铸造侧架的相关技术要求,通过建立三维建模,采用ANSYS11.0有限元软件对该侧架的可靠性、安全性进行评估分析。
Side frame is a critical part of the railway freight bogies.Reliability of side frame is directly related to the bogie qualified or not,and even directly with the safety of freight operation.This paper takes the bogie side frame as the study objects.Based on the relevant technical requirements of B + grade steel casting side frame from AAR standard cast steel 40 taxle load bogie side frame and through the establishment of three-dimensional modeling and using finite element software ANSYS11.0,it analyzes and assesses the reliability and safety of the side frame.
