基于HALCON的大幅面柔性印刷品质量检测

一般印刷品表面质量的检测只需与样品进行完全对照,相异部分即可判定为缺陷,而大幅面柔性印刷品在生产线上与样品存在一定的拉伸变形,但对几个丝的划痕、甚至零点几个丝的套印不准都必须检出,这给视觉检测带来了很大的困难。对此设计了大幅图像分区块、区块图像检测和整体图像判定等算法,并利用该方法对大幅面商标印刷品的表面质量进行检测,检测结果表明了该方法的有效性与实用价值。

Compared with general products＇ surfaces testing,the flexible large format prints＇ inspection is different.While the general need to be in contrast with the sample and the distinct portions are determined to be defective,it demands detecting of the nicks and erroneous chromatography due to its tensile deformation compared with samples on the product line.And this makes it difficult for the Visual Inspection.For this,this paper holds a method which consists of image blocking,image detection in different areas,overall image determination and so on.And the result proves its effectiveness and value in use through inspections.
