A Study on the Quality Evaluation Model on the Competitiveness of SMEs in Hubei Province

在国内外质量竞争力评价模型研究成果的基础上,建立了湖北省中小企业制造质量竞争力评价指数模型。模型由基础能力和发展能力展开,衍生出二级指标和三级指标。确定因子分析法作为评价方法,通过实证研究发现管理体系、控制体系、创新能力和信息化能力是影响质量竞争力水平的重要因素。

Based on previous studies on quality evaluation model in China this paper established a manufacturing quality evaluation model on the competitiveness of the SMEs in Hubei province.The model is based on basic capabilities and development of ability,which can be further examined from two and three level indexes.Determining factor analysis as a method of evaluation,the current study discovered that,through empirical research,management system,control system,innovation and information capabilities are important factors affecting the quality level of competitiveness.
