胞外信号调节激酶5与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是病因多样性和病机复杂性的疾病,其病理改变涉及炎症反应、内皮细胞功能障碍、巨噬细胞功能障碍、平滑肌细胞增殖等。胞外信号调节激酶5(extracellular-regulated kinase 5,ERK5)是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)家族中的成员之一。ERK5信号通路通过三级酶促级联反应将氧化应激、剪切力、缺血、低氧、炎症等刺激信号传到细胞核内,调控着内皮细胞、巨噬细胞、血管平滑肌细胞等多种细胞的增殖、迁移、分化、衰老、凋亡等,与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有着十分密切的关系。就ERK5与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展进行综述。 Atherosclerosis is a disease which has multifarious etiology and intricate pathogenesis. Pathological chan- ges of atherosclerosis involve inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, macrophages dysfunction, smooth muscle cell prolifera- tion,etc. ERK5 is one member of MAPK family. ERK5 signal pathway transmits stimulating signal involving oxidative stress, shear stress, ischemia, hypoxia and inflammation to cell nucleus and regulates muhiple cells proliferation, migra- tion, differentiation, senescence, apoptosis involving endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells and macrophages through the three levels of enzymatic cascade, which has close relationship with the pathogenesis and progression of athero- sclerosis. In this paper,we reviewed the research adtvance of relationship between ERK5 and atherosclerosis.
