扶正解毒汤联合调强放疗治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效和安全性探究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction Combined with Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy for Cervical Cancer

目的:研究扶正解毒汤与调强放疗联合应用于宫颈癌治疗中的效果与安全性。方法:对2013年5月—2015年5月间在医院接受治疗的宫颈癌患者68例进行分组研究,分组依据为治疗方法的不同,具体为对照组34例与研究组34例,均行调强放疗治疗,并对研究组加以应用扶正解毒汤进行治疗。对两组的胃肠道反应发生率、总有效率、肿瘤内分泌指标、免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生率进行比较分析。结果:研究组的胃肠道反应发生率(23.53%)低于对照组(52.94%);研究组的总有效率(94.12%)优于对照组(76.47%);研究组的s Flt-l(177.59±11.52)radio、VEGFA(63.11±7.46)radio与对照组相比(100radio、100radio)差异显著;研究组的TNF-α、NK细胞、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD3^+四项免疫功能指标检测结果均高于对照组;研究组的不良反应发生率(32.35%)低于对照组(82.35%),上述指标对比P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:在调强放疗基础上加以应用扶正解毒汤治疗宫颈癌效果与安全性更优,适合在临床普及使用。

Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction （FJD） and intensity modulated ra- diotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods：During May 2013--May 2015 in the hospital, 68 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled and according to different treatment methods were randomly divided into the control group 34 patients and the study group 34 patients. Both groups underwent strong radiation therapy and the study group added FJD. Two groups＂ gastrointestinal reaction rate, the total efficiency, endocrine tumor tarsets, indicators of immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results：Study group＇ s gastrointestinal reaction rate （23. 53% ） was lower than the control group＇ s （52.94%）. Study group＇ s total efficiency （94.12%） was higher than the control group＇ s （ 76.47% ）. Study group＇ s sFh - 1 （ 177.59 ± 11.52 ） radio, VEGFA （63.11± 7.46 ） radio had significant difference compared with the control group＇ s （ 100 radio, 100 radio）. Study group＇ s four immune function test results including TNF - a, NK cells, CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ and CD3 ＋ were higher than the control group＇ s. Study group＇ s incidence of adverse re- actions（32.35% ） was lower than the control group＇ s （82.35%）. The above factors comparison was statistically signifi- cant,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions：To apply FJD of cervical cancer has better efficacy and is safety and suitable for universal use in clinical IMRT basis.
