结直肠癌患者手术前后中医辨证分型及中医外治法的临床应用

TCM Syndrome Typing of Colorectal Cancer Patients before and after Surgery

目的:探究中医外治在结直肠癌手术前后中的应用效果,并分析结直肠癌的中医辨证分型,为当前的结直肠癌的临床治疗提供借鉴意义。方法:对结直肠癌患者的临床治疗进行分析。将接受非神经性烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体Ca7n AchR在直肠癌中的表达及意义及常规西药治疗的患者纳入对照组,将接受中医外治法的患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率78.13%高于对照组的53.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排气时间(191.32±8.56)min、全流饮食恢复时间(1 783.28±11.32)min及住院时间(18.37±1.25)d均少于对照组的(213.53±9.45)min、(1 943.66±12.56)min、(20.43±1.31)d差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率25.00%、再入院率12.50%,均低于对照组的53.13%、34.38%低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:遵循中医辨证分型给予结直肠癌患者中医外治,能提高患者手术疗效,提高患者的预后情况,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective ： To explore the effect of Chinese medicine external treatment of colorectal cancer before and after surgeryand analyze TCM type of eolorectal cancerto provide the reference for the clinical treatment of coloreetal cancer. Methods ： The clinical treatment of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Thepatients who received conventional western medicine were in the control group and those who receivedtraditional Chinese medicinal in- the observation group. Compare patients outcomes. Results：The observation group＇s efficiency was 78.13% , higher than 53.13% of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The exhaust time （ 191.32± 8.56） min,full liquid diet recovery time （ 1 783.28 ±11.32） min and hospital stay （ 18.37 ±1.25 ） d were respectively less than the control group＇ s（213.53 ＋9.45） min, （1943.66 ± 12.56） min and （20.43 ±1.31 ） d and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions incidence was 25.00% of the observation group and the re- admission rate 12.50% ,which were both lower than the control group＇ s 53.13% and 34.38% lower and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： TCM external treatment following TCM types of colorectal cancer patientscan improve efficacy, prognosiswith a high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
