参麦注射液联合强化康复治疗对中风恢复期患者血清hs-CRP、血脂水平及临床疗效观察

Shenmai Injection Combined with Intensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Serum Hs-CRP,Blood Lipid Levels and Clinical Effect of Stroke Patients in Recovery Period

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合强化康复治疗对缺血性中风恢复期患者血清hs-CRP、血脂水平及临床疗效。方法:选择医院缺血性中风恢复期患者84例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组42例予强化康复训练。研究组42例予强化康复训练联合参麦注射液,治疗前后比较血清IL-6、IL-1β、hs-CRP水平,测定生活能力、综合康复能力及运动、感觉恢复状况,对比临床疗效。结果:在临床疗效及运动感觉恢复上,研究组有效率(92.86%、90.48%、90.48%)均优于对照组(78.57%、66.67%、69.04%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清CRP、IL-6及IL-1β低于对照组,研究组治疗后综合康复能力、日常生活能力均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组血脂无变化。结论:采用参麦注射液联合强化康复训练能降低缺血性中风恢复期患者hsCRP水平,对血脂无影响,效果显著。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with intensive rehabilitation therapy on stroke patients serum Hs - CRP, blood lipid levels and clinical efficacy in the recovery period. Methods ： Eighty - four ca- ses of ischemic stroke patients were selected and divided into 2 groups. A total of 42 patients in the control group were given intensive rehabilitation training and the other 42 patients in the study group received intensive rehabilitation training combined with Shenmai Injection. Levels of serum IL - 6, IL - 1 β and hs - CRP were compared before and after the treat- ment and life skills, ability and comprehensive rehabilitation exercise, sensory recovery and clinical efficacy were also compared after treatment. Results ：The clinical efficacy and sensorimotor recovery rate in the study group （92.86% and 90.48% and 90.48% ） were higher than the control group＇ s （ 78.57% ,66.67% ,69.04% ） with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum levels of CRP, IL - 6 and IL - 1 β was lower than those of the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comprehensive rehabilitation ability and the ability of daily living of the study group were higher than those of the control group and the NIHSS scores was lower than the control group＇s（ P 〈 0.05 ） and there was no significant differ- ence in blood lipids in the two groups. Conclusion： Shenmai Injection combined with intensive rehabilitation training can reduce the level of hs - CRP in patients with ischemie stroke in recovery period and has no effect on blood lipid.
