扶正祛毒方联合盐酸小檗碱对乳腺癌细胞生长抑制作用的临床观察

Combination of Fuzheng Qudu Formula and Berberine Hydrochloride on Growth of Breast Cancer Cells

目的:在传统使用盐酸小檗碱抑制乳腺癌细胞生长的基础上,以中医扶正祛邪理论为指导,联合使用扶正祛毒方及盐酸小檗碱治疗乳腺癌患者,以观察其对乳腺癌细胞生长的抑制作用,并进行讨论,以求为临床使用中西药联合治疗乳腺癌提供新思路、新方法。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年12月在医院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者59例,将其随机按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者(29例)给予盐酸小檗碱进行治疗,观察组(30例)患者给予扶正祛毒方联合盐酸小檗碱进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组患者总有效率明显较高,统计差异具有明显的意义(χ2=4.584 4,P<0.05);治疗前,相比于对照组,观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-12水平无意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-12水平相对优于对照组,统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中医扶正祛邪理论的指导下,采用扶正祛毒方联合盐酸小檗碱治疗乳腺癌优于单纯使用盐酸小檗碱,能够更加有效地抑制乳腺癌细胞生长,促进癌细胞凋亡,减少乳腺癌患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量,是中西药联合抑制乳腺癌细胞生长的有效方法之一,值得推广。

Objective ： On the basis of berberine hydrochloride inhibiting the growth of breast cancer cells and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, use Fuzheng Qudu Decoction and berberine hydrochloride in the treatment of breast canc- er patients and observe the inhibitory effects on the growth of breast cancer cells and seek for the clinical use of combina- tion of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of breast cancer to provide new ideas and new methods. Methods ： During March 2014--December 2015 in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in our hospital, 59 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly were divided into control group and observation group by digital table method. The control group＇ s patients （ n = 29） were given berberine hydrochloride treatment and the observation group （30 cases） were treated with Fuzheng Qudu Decoction combined with berberine hydrochloride treatment. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results ： After treatment, compared with control group, the observation group＇ s total efficiency was higher and the statistical difference had obvious significance （ x2 = 4. 584 4, P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, compared to control group, the observation group＇ s tumor necrosis factor and IL - 12 were meaningless （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, compared to the control group,the observation group＇s tumor necrosis factor and interleukin -12 levels were better than the control group＇ s and the statistical difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Under the guidance Of traditional Chinese medicine, Fuzheng Quxie Decoction combined with berberine for the treatment of breast cancer is superior to simple use of berberine, more effectively inhibiting the growth of breast cancer cells and accelerating the apoptosis of tumor cells, reduc- ing the pain and improving the quality of life. It is one of the effective methods of combined traditional Chinese and West- ern medicine, worthy of promotion.
