摘要
2013年,《2型糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病患者口服降糖药用药原则中国专家共识》制定至今已有3年的时间。这3年来,国内外指南、共识进行了不同程度的更新,也有一些新的研究证据公布。因此,本文对这些指南及最新研究证据中关于T2DM合并慢性肾脏病患者口服降糖药用药信息的更新进行梳理和介绍。
“Application principle for oral glucose-lowering drugs in type 2 diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease： Chinese experts consensus” was published in 2013. In the past three years, there were some updates of international and national guidelines or consensuses, and several publications of the relevant studies. Here, we summarized the latest progress and updates in the therapy of oral glucose- lowing drugs in type 2 diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease.
