革兰阴性菌群体感应系统中LuxR家族蛋白的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in the research of LuxR family protein in quorum-sensing system of gram-negative bacteria

摘要 群体感应(QS)是细胞与细胞间的信息传递方式,是细菌生存和适应环境的一种机制。细菌本身通过分泌扩散性小分子感知周围细菌群体的密度,启动菌体中相关基因的表达,调控细菌的生物学行为。LuxR家族蛋白是细菌QS系统中一类具有转录调控作用的受体蛋白,对LuxR家族蛋白的研究可为临床感染性疾病的治疗提供理论依据。 Quorum sensing (QS) is a cell-density-dependent method for information transmission among bacteria, as well as a mechanism for the bacteria to adapt to environment. LuxR family protein plays a key role in gram-negative bacterial QS system as a kind of transcription regulators and participates in a variety of biological behaviors with LuxI protein and signal molecules, such as bioluminescence, biofihn formation, virulence factors production, and so on. The advances in the research of LuxR family protein in QS system of gram-negative bacteria were summarized in this review.
