摘要
医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的发病率及病死率日益增加,已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题,各国相继更新了HAP诊治指南;本综述结合最新指南对相关研究进行回顾,发现HAP的诊断尚缺乏金标准,提出对普通病房HAP进行研究是未来的趋势,对相关致病原的动态监测是一项长久的任务。
The morbidity of hospital-acquired pneumonia（HAP）is increasingly high,the mortality is also increased day by day,it has become a public health issue of global concern.The countries around the world have updated the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of HAP.The related researches were retrospectively analyzed in the review based on the latest guidelines,the golden standards for diagnosis of HAP remained absent,the review puts forward an idea that it is an upcoming trend to study HAP in common wards,and the dynamic monitoring of pathogens is a long lasting task.
