德国警察本科教育循环递进式实习教学体系考察

Exploration on Cycle Progressive Practice Teaching System of German Police Undergraduate Education

德国警察本科教育遵循德国双元制职业教育理念,在三年本科教育期间,将全部课程体系划分为基础课程、专业课程I+II和专业课程III共三个部分,每部分由"讲授+练习+实习"组成一个完整闭环,环环相扣、循环递进,为德国警察机构输送了大批牢固掌握专业知识并具有实际行动力和良好社会沟通力的人才。德国警察本科教育循环递进式实习教学体系对我国警察本科教育的启示是:1.准确定位基础课程的功能,充分发挥基础课程在警察职业能力培养中的作用;2.合理地设计理论讲授与校内练习、校外实习的学时安排,加大专业课的校内外实践教学;3.科学制定校外实习内容,进一步强化校外实习的专业性。

German police undergraduate education follows dual system concept of German vocational education. All the three -year undergraduate course system is divided into three parts, basic courses, professional courses Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱ and professional courses Ⅲ. Each part is a complete, interlocking, progressive closed cycle composed of ＂lecture ＋ practice ＋ internship＂ ,conveying a large quantity of talents with firm professional knowledge, actual action capacity and good communication ability. This practice teaching system of German police undergraduate education gives many enlightenments to China police education, including：1. Positioning the function of basic courses accurately and giving full play to the basic course in the role of the police professional ability training. 2. Designing class distribution of theory teaching, practice on campus and off-campus internship reasonably, and increasing classes of practice teaching. 3. Formulating the contents of off-campus internship, and further strengthening its specialty.
