社会主义利益观教育服务大学生就业的思考

党的十八大报告提出要推动实现更高质量的就业。为进一步做好大学生特别是毕业生就业思想工作,各高校已把学生思想政治教育与就业工作进行统筹考虑和安排。就业利益是个人利益和社会利益、暂时利益和长远利益、物质利益和精神利益的统一。社会主义利益观教育要在大学生就业需求、就业利益和就业价值阶梯实现的服务过程中,在增强社会主义利益观教育的心理认同的基础上,在就业指导中渗透社会主义利益观教育,并在教育中区分不同学生群体、实现知行合一和主体间性,帮助大学生立足社会实际规划就业需求,统筹就业利益和其他利益的关系,营造自主创业的宽松环境,达成大学生个体价值和社会价值的双实现。

The report at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） put forward that employment with higher quality should be promoted. Universities have put the students＇ ideological and political education and employment for overall consideration and arrangement to further improve graduates＇ ideological work. Employment is a unification of personal interests and social interests, temporary interests and long-term interests, material benefits and spiritual benefits. In the service process of realizing students＇ employment demand, employment benefits and employment value, based on psychological education identification of strengthening the socialist values, socialist values education is infiltrated in the employment guidance, and distinguish the different student groups, achieving the unity of knowing an doing and intersubjectivity, so as to help students plan employment, balance employment interests and other interests as a whole, build the comfortable environment of self-employment and realize both individual value and social value.
