摘要
采用沉降分级和稀土永磁高梯度磁分离对高岭土原矿进行除铁增白研究。结果表明,通过稀土永磁高梯度除铁后,高岭土产品含铁量为0.90%,白度可达63%。实验所用稀土永磁高梯度磁选机的除铁率为29.69%。相比高岭土原矿,高岭土白度提高近7%。为了进一步降低高岭土产品中的含铁量,可采用化学漂白除铁的方法。
The deferrization experiment was carried out using the classification of sedimentation and gradient magnetic separation for improvement of whiteness of Kaoline. The result shows that the iron content of Kaoline is 0.90%, and the whiteness of Kaoline is 63 % after deferrization by the rare earth permanent magnet gradient separation. The iron removal rate of the experimental high gradient magnetic separator is 29.69%. Compared with whiteness of kaolin raw material, the whiteness increases nearly 7 %. In order to further reduce the iron content of kaolin products, the method of chemical bleaching deferrization can be considered.
