粗枝木麻黄种源水培生根能力及遗传变异研究 被引量:2

摘要 以粗枝木麻黄嫩枝为材料,研究其最佳生根条件及不同种源材料的生根能力差异,以期为粗枝木麻黄扩繁和选择利用提供理论参考依据。结果表明:以100 mg·L^(-1) ABT1处理的小枝生根效果最佳,生根率为90%,其次为75 mg·L^(-1)和50 mg·L^(-1) ABT1处理,生根率分别为76.67%和70.00%;不同种源材料的生根能力差异有统计学显著意义,具有遗传改良的潜力;基于隶属函数法,7个种源水培生根能力依次为13128>13146>13142>13144>13139>13143>13141,其生根率变幅为70%~100%。 Appropriate hormone and optimal concentration for water-cultured rooting of Casuarina glauca and rooting ability of various provenances were studied in order to provide the theoretical references for the hydroponic propagation of casuarinas and laid the foundation for expanded propagation and application of Cglauca. The results were showed as follows: hormone of ABT-1 in concentration of 100 mg.L-1 was the best treatment in rooting ability of C.glauca, the rooting rate was 90%. There are very significant differences rooting ability within provenances, and genetic factor exerts more influences on rooting ability than environment factor, indicated that there is immense potential for genetic improvement of rooting ability; Seven provenances of C.glauca were ranked in rooting ability according to subordinate function values as follows: 13128 〉 13146 〉 13142 〉 13144 〉 13139 〉 13143 〉 13141, the rooting rate range was from 70% to 100%.
