基于正态云的船舶工业技术协同创新绩效评价 被引量:5

Performance Evaluation of Technology Collaborative Innovation about China's Shipbuilding Industry Based on the Normal Cloud Model

摘要 船舶制造业是一个国家的战略性产业。近年来,虽然中国船舶工业的自主创新能力有所加强,协同创新水平也有了很大地提升,但与传统的造船强国相比,在这两个方面均有较大的差距。在构建船舶工业技术协同创新的评价指标体系的基础上,采用正态云模型对中国典型造船厂的技术协同创新绩效进行实证分析,研究表明:中国船舶工业技术协同创新水平偏低,科技创新能力较弱。因此,加强船企之间的技术协同创新能力是中国船舶工业不得不面对的突出问题。 Shipbuilding industry is a strategic industry in a country. In recent years, although the independent innovation ability of China' s shipbuilding industry has been strengthened, Collaborative innovation level has also been greatly improved, compared with the traditional shipbuilding powers, there are large gaps in these two areas. Based on th is, it is constructedof the evaluation index system of technology collaborative innovation on shipbuilding industry, then the normalcloud model is used to make an empirical analysis on the performance of the technology collaborative innovation in the typical shipyard in China. Through the empirical evaluation, it is concluded that the level is low of technology cooperation innovation in China’s shipbuilding industry,and science and technology innovation ability is weak, then strengthening the technology cooperation innovation ability between ship enterprises is an outstanding problem that our shipbuilding industry has to face.
