摘要
文章研究了助磨剂对碳化硼球磨过程的影响,实验以D 50值为26.22μm的碳化硼颗粒作为料源,目标球磨粒度3.5μm,结果表明,通过在碳化硼球磨过程中引入助磨剂,可以使球磨时间缩短16.1%,Fe2O 3含量降低2.65%,改善料浆状态,起到良好的助磨作用。
This paper studied the effect of grinding aid on boron carbide ball-milling process,the experiment took boron carbide particles(D50 was 26.22μm) as source material,the particle size ofball-milling was 3.5μm,results showed that by bringing in grinding aid in boron carbide ball-milling can reduce milling time by 16.1%,decrease Fe2O3 content by2.65%,improve slurry state and play a good grinding effect.
