摘要
利用常规气象资料、国家气候中心产品和数值预报产品,对2016年1月15、19日低温天气过程从大气环流背景、影响系统及我旗地形地貌进行诊断分析,结果表明:乌拉尔山地区阻塞异常向北伸展和持续的阻塞形式使得冷空气从西伯利亚一带连续不断地自偏北方流向中亚的稳定低槽中,呈现出一对沿东北-西南向倾斜的槽-脊模态,造成持续性低温天气。EC W M F数值模式对形势场做出了较准确的预报,预报性能较好。
Taking use of conventional meteorological data,national climate center products and numerical forecast products,this paper made analysis of atmospheric circulation background,influencing system and topography of cold weather process on 15 th and 19 th January of 2016.Results showed that the blocking of Ural Mountains is abnormal stretching northward,which makes cold air continuously flow from Siberia to stable trough of Central Asia,showing the groove-ridge modal with the inclined direction of northeast-southwest,resulting in persistent cold weather.ECWMF numerical model has made a more accurate prediction of the situation field with good prediction performance.
