摘要
设计单层厂房的屋面时,应按具体的情况、生产工艺选择合理且经济的结构方案,降低结构自重,降低造价,同时解决好屋面的排水和防水,是厂房屋面构造的主要问题。无檩体系是在屋架(或屋面大梁)上弦直接铺设大型屋面板,所用构件大、类型少,便于工业化施工,因此无檩体系在工程中得到了广泛应用。
The design of the roof of the single-storey factory should choose reasonable and economic program to reduce the structural weight and cost,while addressing the problem of roof drainage and waterproof.Non-purlin system directly lays large winding roof on roof truss(or roof beams) with large frame member and few types,which is suitable for industrialized construction and has been widely used in engineering.
