摘要
我国经济社会的发展,使得社会各个领域的发展模式都相应的做出了变革,EAP作为保障员工心理健康、调节员工行为的一种高效的管理模式,现已成为当前人力资源管理和开发的一项新手段。但是这一手段在我国由于受到传统观念的影响,而限制了EAP的进一步扩展。针对制约EAP的因素,提出了相对应的解决对策,以此来促进EAP项目的本土化进程。
The economic development of our society has made appropriate changes to development model in all areas of society.EAP as a guarantee of mental health and efficient management model to modulate employees' behavior,which has become a new tool of current human resource management and development.However,due to the influence of traditional values in our country,it limits the further expansion of EAP.This paper proposed corresponding countermeasures due to the restricting factors for EAP,so as to promote the localization process of EAP project.
