川东革命老区土地承包经营权流转经济效益与规模经营研究

Circulartion Economic Benefits of Land Contracting Management and Scale Operation for Chuangdong Old Revolutionary Areas

依据随机抽取的川东通川区红梁村、华莹市码头村、万源市李家沟村等3个村的129个样本农户2014年数据,就川东农地流转的综合经济效益和规模经营进行了分析,分析的主要结论:川东革命老区农地流转的综合经济效益为负值,不管是流入农地还是流出农地,其流转价格全部为0;川东革命老区农地经营规模以1hm2左右、耕地以0.5hm2左右比较合适。并对提高川东革命老区农地流转综合经济效益和发展其农地规模经营提出了一些对策建议。

According to the datas in 2014 of 129 random sample farmers of East Sichuan Tongchuan District Hongli- ang Village, Huaying City Pier Village, Wanyuan City Lijiagou Village, the comprehensive economic benefits of Si- chuan East land transfer and the scale operation have been analyzed, and the main conclusions show the comprehen- sive economic benefits of the agricultural land transfer for Chuandong old revolutionary areas are negative, whether the farmland is inflow or outflow, and the transfer price is 0;The croplands are about lhm2 and the farmlands are about 0.Shin2, which are much more suitable for Chuandong old revolutionary areas.Finally, some policy recommen- dations and suggestions are presented to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of farmland circulation and the development of the farmland scale operation for Chuandong old revolutionary areas.
