Analysis of fieldbus debugging for coal-fired power plant

按照火力发电厂现场总线系统工程实施流程,分析了设计、组态、出厂验收、总线施工、单体调试等环节对现场总线调试的影响,指出了各个环节由于技术或组织管理不完备而导致的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

According to the implementation process of fieldbus system project of coal-fired power plant,this paper analyzed the effects of operation processes on fieldbus debugging,such as design,configuration,leave-factory check and acceptance,bus construction and monomer debugging, etc., pointed out the problems that caused by technique or incomplete organization management in the processes,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
