在线路不停电状态下修改定值,稍有不慎就会造成继电保护装置误动或拒动,引发严重的电网事故。详细分析了500kV变电站线路不停电保护定值修改工作中的危险点,提出了统一规范工作流程、制订寄生回路排查方案、采取定值切区操作、优化分配管理等措施,以控制安全风险,简化工作流程,提高工作效率,保证电网安全运行。

It is easy to cause the maloperation or refusal-operation of relay protection device and result in a serious accident of power grid while modifying protection setting value without power outage. In order to control safety risk,simplify workflow,improve work efficiency and ensure the safety operation of power grid,this paper conducted a detailed danger points analysis in the work of modifying protection setting value without power outage for the line of 500 kV transformer substation and proposed some preventive measures,such as unifying workflow,making investigation plan of parasitic circuit,adopting cut area operation of setting value and optimizing allocation management,etc.
