摘要 建立了头孢克肟、月桂酰吲达帕胺、布地奈德等难溶性药物中氯离子和三氟乙酸根的阀切换-离子色谱检测 方法.分离柱为IonPac AS23柱,通过考察阴离子保留情况,选择3. 5 mmol/L碳酸钠+1. 0 mmol/L碳酸氢钠作淋 洗液,对难溶性药物中氯离子和三氟乙酸根进行了分析.在上述条件下,氯离子和三氟乙酸根能很好地分离,并在 质量浓度为0. 10- 10.00 mg/L 时与对应色谱峰面积之间的线性关系良好,检出限分别为0.006 mg/L和 0.06 mg/L,回收率为90% - 94%.该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于实际样品的测定. A method was developed for the determination of chloride and trifluoroacetate in water-insoluble pharmaceuticals such as cefixime, lauroyl- indapamide, budesonide by valve switchion chromatography. Chromatographic separation was performed on an IonPac AS23 column, 3. 5 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 1. 0 mmoL sodium bicarbonate eluents were used. The effects of the types of column and eluent, eluent concentration of inorganic anions were investigated. The linear ranges of the method for seven anions were 0. 10-10. 00 mg/L, and the detection limits (S/N = 3) of chloride and trifluoroacetate were 0. 006 mg/L and 0. 06 mg/L respectively. The recoveries of inorganic anions spiked in cefixime were between 90% and 94%. The method was successfully used in the determination of inorganic anions in real samples.
