不同产地野生黄芩与栽培黄芩19种黄酮类成分的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:以黄芩中19种黄酮类成分的含量比例为指标,考察不同产地、不同采收期野生黄芩与栽培黄芩的差异,为黄芩的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用TC-C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm,Agilent)、梯度洗脱方法进行色谱分离,以面积归一化法分析赤峰、山东野生和不同栽培期黄芩中19种黄酮类化学成分的含量。结果:赤峰、山东野生黄芩和栽培黄芩均含有19种黄酮类成分;野生黄芩与不同年份的栽培黄芩以及不同地区的黄芩比较,19种黄酮类成分的含量比例均有明显差异。结论:药材中成分的含量比例和产地均应作为中药质量控制的环节。 Objective: To investigate the differences between cultural and wild Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi fromdifferent region and at different harvest time by using the content ratio of 19 kinds flavonoids as index, and provide basis forquality control of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi.Methods: The components in Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi was separatedby TC-C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm, Agilent) and gradient elution; The contents of 19 kinds flavonoids in cultural andwild Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi from Hebei Chifeng and Shandong at different harvest time was analyzed by areanormalization method. Results: Cultural and wild Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi from Hebei Chifeng and Shandong allcontained 19 kinds of flavonoids. The contents of 19 kinds flavonoids in wild and cultural Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi atdifferent harvest time were obviously different. Conclusions: The content ratio and origin should be used as quality control fortraditionalChinesemedicine.
