种植义齿治疗KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TREATING KENNEDY ⅡDENTITION DEFECT WITH IMPLANT DENTURE

目的:探讨种植义齿修复KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法:采用种植义齿方案治疗30例KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损患者,术后随访1年观察治疗效果、基牙的松动性和舒适性以及并发症情况。结果:义齿支架强度较好(0分)比例为93.34%(28/30);基牙松动评分0-3分所占比例分别为83.34%(25/30)、10.00%(3/30)、3.33%(1/30)、3.33%(1/30);86.67%(26/30)的患者佩戴义齿后未感到不适。种植义齿后有2例(6.67%)患者种植体有松动,有1例(3.33%)牙周状态变差,2例(6.67%)咀嚼功能变差。结论:种植义齿修复治疗KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损具有疗效好、方便的特点,临床有重要参考价值。

Objective： To invest igate the cl inical effects on repairing Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect wi th implant denture.Methods： 30 cases ofKennedy Ⅱ dentition defect patientswere treatedwith implant denture.The therapeutic effects, looseningof abutment teeth, comfort and complications of patientswere observed by 1 year follow-up after operation.Results：The ratio ofbetter denture support was 93.34% （28/30）; The ratio of loose abutment teeth score of 0-3 was respectively 83.34% （25/30）,10.00% （3/30）, 3.33% （1/30）, and 3.33% （1/30）; 86.67% （26/30） of the patients felt comfortable after wearing denture. Afterimplanting denture, the implant of 2 cases （6.67%） loosed; the periodontal condition of 1 case （3.33%） andmasticatory functionof 2 cases （6.67%） becameworse.Conclusions：RepairingKennedy Ⅱ dentition defectwith implant denture has the features ofgood curative effects and convenience, so it has important reference value for clinic.
