维持性血液透析患者血25(OH)D水平与炎症因子的关系 被引量:1

摘要 维持性血液透析(MHD)患者普遍存在微炎症状态,目前认为持续的微炎症状态在MHD患者营养不良、动脉硬化中发挥着重要作用,也是导致MHD患者死亡率增加的重要原因.近年来研究发现,活性维生素D除了影响机体的矿物质代谢外,还有抑制炎症反应的作用.为此,本研究探讨了MHD患者血25(OH)D与慢性炎症状态之间的关系.
