摘要
为降低前期渣中带铁,通过采取氮气打渣、沉淀镇静和加入化渣压喷复合剂等相关工艺措施,使冶炼前期渣中带铁得到有效控制,降低了转炉钢铁料消耗和转炉冶炼成本,取得了较高的经济效益。
In order to reduce metal carryover in slag at early stage of melting,relevant process measures were taken such as adopting nitrogen deslagging and sedimentation and tranquilization and adding compound contributed to the slag melting and splash prevention to exert effective control.The consumption of steel material and melting cost at converter process was reduced and high economic benefit gained.
